Information you give us

When you submit our contact or consultation form, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your property or project. We use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates or consultations you request, and communicate with you about your project. Form submissions are delivered to our email using FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service, which handles the message in transit.

If you call, email, or text us, we keep normal business records of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

This website does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers. Like most websites, it is served from hosting infrastructure that may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. The site also loads fonts and icons from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and Font Awesome via cdnjs); when your browser fetches those files, those services receive the technical request data any web server receives.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not send marketing you have not asked for; we use your contact details to respond to you and to work on your project.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will honor reasonable requests unless we need the records for a legal or contractual reason. Our pages link to outside resources — social media, government agencies such as the CSLB and LADBS, and review platforms. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only estatednc.com.
