Estate Design & Construction didn't begin with blueprints or cranes. It began with one man and a one-way belief that hard work, done honestly, builds something that lasts.
Benjamin landed in America in 2010 with almost nothing — no connections, no safety net, just ambition and a refusal to quit. His first job was wrenching on air conditioners in the Bay Area. He was restless and hungry to learn, so he did, the hard way: solar, then roofing, then large-scale construction, mastering every system that goes into a building, one grueling jobsite at a time.
Along the way he learned something that still drives the company today: a home is the most personal thing a person ever builds — and everyone who builds one deserves a builder who treats their land, their budget, and their vision with the same care he'd give his own family. That belief became Estate Design & Construction.
Today we build ground-up custom homes across Los Angeles and Southern California. We're here because we believe great building is an act of trust — and we've made it our job to earn it, on every project, every time.
